آویشن یکی از جنس</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 200% font-family: 'B Lotus'">‌</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 200% font-family: 'B Lotus'">های خانواده نعنا است که در زیر خانواده پونه‌سای قرار دارد. این گیاه به‌عنوان ضدعفونی کننده، ضد اسپاسم و ضدسرفه شناخته شده است. اسانس آویشن نیز دارای خواص زیادی</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 200% font-family: 'B Lotus'"> است که یکی از خواص آن، فعالیت ضد‌اکسیدانی است.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify;"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 200% font-family: 'B Lotus'">هدف:</span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 200% font-family: 'B Lotus'"> هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی ترکیبات اسانس 7 گونه مختلف آویشن و مقایسه خواص ضد اکسیدانی آنها است. در این مطالعه اسانس اندام هوایی 7 گونه آویشن از زیستگاه‌های مختلف جمع‌آوری و خشک شدند. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify;"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 200% font-family: 'B Lotus'">روش بررسی</span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 200% font-family: 'B Lotus'">: استخراج اسانس با استفاده از دستگاه کلونجر طبق فارماکوپه بریتانیا به مدت 4 ساعت انجام شد. اسانس‌های استخراج شده با استفاده از دستگاه گاز کروماتوگرافی متصل به طیف‌سنج جرمی </span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10pt line-height: 200% font-family: 'B Lotus'">(</span><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 10pt line-height: 200% font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">GC/MS</span><span dir="rtl"></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 200% font-family: 'B Lotus'"><span dir="rtl"></span>) مورد آنالیز قرار گرفتند. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify;"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 200% font-family: 'B Lotus'">نتایج:</span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 200% font-family: 'B Lotus'"> ترکیب‌های شیمیایی با درصدهای متفاوت در اسانس شناسایی </span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 200% font-family: 'B Lotus'">شدند. ترکیب اصلی در اسانس آویشن دنایی </span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10pt line-height: 200% font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">(</span><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 10pt line-height: 200% font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">Thymus daenensis</span><span dir="rtl"></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10pt line-height: 200% font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif"><span dir="rtl"></span>)</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10pt line-height: 200% font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif"> و آویشن باغی (</span><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 10pt line-height: 200% font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">Thymus vulgaris</span><span dir="rtl"></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10pt line-height: 200% font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif"><span dir="rtl"></span>) تیمول است که به ترتیب &nbsp;مقادیر 8/43 و 1/45 درصد می‌باشد. درحالیکه ترکیب غالب در آویشن کرک آلود (</span><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 10pt line-height: 200% font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">eriocalyx</span><span dir="rtl"></span><span style="font-size: 10pt line-height: 200% font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif"><span dir="rtl"></span> </span><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 10pt line-height: 200% font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">Thymus</span><span dir="rtl"></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 200% font-family: 'B Lotus'"><span dir="rtl"></span>)</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 200% font-family: 'B Lotus'"> ژرانیول (8/61%)، آویشن آذربایجانی (</span><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 10pt line-height: خواص ضد‌اکسیدانی آویشن باغی، دنایی و شیرازی به ترتیب از دیگر اسانس‌ها بیشتر بود.</span></div> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><b><span style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 200% font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">Introduction:</span></b><span style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 200% font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif"> Thyme is one of the mint family geniuses that belongs to Nepetoideae subfamily. This plant has been known as an antiseptic, antispasmodic and antitussive. Thyme essential oil has many properties that one of which is antioxidant activity. </span><b><span style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 200% font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">Objective:</span></b><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 200% font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">The aim of this study was the investigation of seven thyme oils and the comparison of their antioxidant activities. In this paper, seven species of essential oils of thyme from different regions have been collected and dried. </span><b><span style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 200% font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">Methods:</span></b><b><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">&nbsp;</span></b><span style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 200% font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">The essential oil was</span><span dir="rtl"></span><span dir="rtl" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 200% font-family: 'B Lotus'"><span dir="rtl"></span> </span><span style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 200% font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">extracted by using a Clevenger-type apparatus</span><span dir="rtl"></span><span dir="rtl" style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 200% font-family: 'B Lotus'"><span dir="rtl"></span> </span><span style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 200% font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">as British pharmaceutical for four hours. Obtained essential oils were analyzed by gas chromatography&ndash;mass spectroscopy (GC-MS) technique. </span><b><span style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 200% font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">Results:</span></b><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size: 12pt line-height: 200% font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">Different compounds were identified in the essential oils with different percentages. The main compound in <i>Thymus daenensis </i>and<i> Thymus vulgaris </i>was thymol with percentage of 43.8 for the former and 45.1 for the latter.
