fa شناسایی اجزای روغن فرار سرشاخه‌های هوایی گیاه <i>Ferulago angulata</i> (Schlecht.) Boiss جمع‌آوری شده از غرب ایران فارماكوگنوزی و فارماسيوتيكس Pharmacognosy & Pharmaceutics پژوهشی Research <div style="text-align: justify;">گیاه <em>Ferulago angulata</em> (Schlecht.) Boiss از خانواده Apiaceae می‌باشد، این جنس حدود سی‌و پنج گونه دارد که تعداد هفت گونه از آنها در ایران یافت می‌شوند. در این تحقیق روغن فرار گل‌آذین گیاه که در زمان گل‌دهی جمع‌آوری و در سایه خشک شده بودند به روش تقطیر با بخارآب استخراج و توسط دستگاه گاز کروماتوگرافی متصل به شناساگر طیف‌ نگار جرمی بررسی و اجزای آن شناسایی شد. در این کار تعداد سی و سه ترکیب که 7/89 درصد اجزا را تشکیل می‌داد شناسایی شد که 1/77 درصد آن مونوترپن و 6/12 درصد سس‌کویی‌ترپن بود. ترکیبات اصلی شناسایی شده آلفا &ndash; پینن (3/17درصد) بورنیل‌استات (45/14درصد) و سیس‌- اسیمن (4/14درصد) بودند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The genus <em>Ferulago</em> comprises of some thirty- five species of which seven are found in Iran. In this research essential oil of inflorescence of <em>Ferulago angulata </em>(Schlecht.) Boiss. was extracted by hydro distillation and analyzed with GC/MS. Thirty three components comprising 89.7% of total oil were identified which 77.1% of them were monoterpenes and 12.6% sesquiterpenes.
