fa مروری برگیاه آویشن (<i>Thymus vulgaris</i> L.) گياهان دارویی Medicinal Plants مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;">آویشن (<em>Thymus vulgaris</em> L.) یکی از گیاهان تیره نعناعیان (Lamiaceae) است که در نواحی مختلف مدیترانه و برخی نواحی آسیا می‌روید و امروزه در مناطق مختلف جهان و از جمله در ایران کشت و تولید می‌شود. آویشن محتوی 8/0تا 6/2 درصد ‌(معمولاً 1 درصد) اسانس است که قسمت اعظم آن‌را فنل‌ها، هیدروکربن‌های مونوترپنی و الکل‌ها تشکیل می‌دهند. تیمول جزء اصلی ترکیبات فنلی در گیاه آویشن است. از برگ آویشن در فرآورده‌های غذایی و همچنین از اسانس گیاه در نوشیدنی‌ها و صنایع دارویی، بهداشتی و آرایشی استفاده متنوعی می‌شود. روغن آویشن دارای خواصی نظیر ضداسپاسم، بادشکن، ضدقارچی، ضدباکتریایی، ضدعفونی کننده، ضدکرم، ضدرماتیسم، خلط‌آور، آنتی‌اکسیدان، نگهدارنده طبیعی غذا و تاخیردهنده پیری پستانداران می‌باشد. اسانس آویشن از جمله ده اسانس معروف می‌باشد که جایگاه خاصی در تجارت جهانی دارد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Common thyme (<em>Thymus vulgaris</em> L.) is a member of the lamiaceae family which distributes in different areas of Mediteranea and Asia and is cultivated in all over the world and Iran. Common thyme contains 0.8- 2.6% (usually ca. 1%) volatile oil consisting of highly variable amounts of phenols, monoterpene hydrocarbons, and alcohols. Thymol is normally the major phenolic component in common thyme. The leaves of Thymus vulgaris are used as a herb in food preparations, while the essential oil extracted from the leaves is used in beverages and the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. Thyme oil is used as antispasmodic, carminative, antiseptic, anthelmintic, expectorant, antimicrobial (bacteria and fungi), antirheumatic, antioxidative, natural food preservative and mammalian age delaying.
