fa کاربرد گیاهان دارویی در اختلالات خواب داروسازی سنتی و طب سنتی Traditional Pharmacy & Traditional Medicine پژوهشی Research <div style="text-align: justify;">افراد زیادی برای درمان بیماری‌های مختلف از جمله اختلالات خواب رو به درمان‌های جایگزین می‌آورند. احتمال دارد، بیماران درمان‌های جایگزین و داروهای بدون نسخه‌ای استفاده کنند که با داروهایی که پزشک نیز تجویز می‌کند تداخل داشته باشند. لذا لازم است اطلاعات ضروری در مورد منافع و مضار این گروه از درمان‌ها به اطلاع بیماران رسانده شود. در این مقاله، مروری به تعدادی از داروهای گیاهی که وارد بازار دارویی شده‌اند و در اختلالات خواب کاربرد دارند، خواهیم داشت.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">A significant number of people are looking at alternatives to mainstream medicine for treating various ills in particular as sleep remedies. Because of the likelihood that our patients will be taking alternative and over the counter treatments, which often interact with other medications, it behooves us to be aware of their possible benefits and risks.
