fa بررسی اثر اسانس اندام های هوایی گیاه اکلیل کوهی (<i>Rosmarinus officinalis</i> L.) بر روی حافظه سالم و تخریب شده با هیوسین بر یادگیری فضایی در موش صحرایی فارماكولوژی و سم شناسی Pharmacology & Toxicology پژوهشی Research <div style="text-align: justify;">در این تحقیق اثرات تزریق داخل صفاقی اسانس اکلیل کوهی (<em>Rosmarinus officinalis</em> L.) بر روی حافظه سالم و حافظه تخریب شده با هیوسین به روش Morris water maze در رت بررسی شد. هر موش به مدت 5 روز و هر روز یک نوبت (هر نوبت شامل 4 تجربه) از 4 ربع حوضچه ماز به طور تصادفی تحت آزمایش قرار می‌گرفت. مواد و عصاره ها به جز هیوسین (20 دقیقه) نیم ساعت قبل از شروع آزمایش به صورت داخل صفاقی تزریق شد. در روز پنجم یک سری آزمون های حرکتی به روش جعبه باز (Open field) بر روی حیوانات انجام می‌شد. اکلیل کوهی در محدوده دوزهای 500- 125 میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم زمان یافتن سکو را در حافظه سالم کاهش داد. اثر اسانس بر روی حافظه تخریب شده توسط هیوسین (5/0 میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم) نیز بررسی شد. این گیاه با دوز 250 میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم باعث کاهش اثرات تخریبی هیوسین بر روی حافظه شد. اثر این اسانس بر روی فعالیت حرکتی رت به روش جعبه باز بررسی گردید. اکلیل کوهی با دوزهای 250-125 میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم اثر معنی داری بر روی فعالیت حرکتی نداشت ولی با دوز بالا (500 میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم) باعث کاهش فعالیت حرکتی در حیوانات شد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که اسانس اکلیل می تواند باعث افزایش توانایی حافظه سالم و تخریب شده می گردد. این اثر در آینده نوید بخش معرفی دارویی در کاهش اختلالات حافظه و یادگیری ناشی از زوال مغزی در بیماری هایی چون آلزایمر می باشد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">In this study, the effect of Rosmarinus officinalis aerial parts essential oil was studied on intact memory and scopolamine-induced learning deficits in rats performing the Morris water maze task. The oil was injected intraperitoneally to rats 0.5 h before training for 5 consecutive days. During the training period, four trials were carried out each day. on the 5th day of the experiment, the locomotor activity was assesed using open field test. The oil at the doses of 125-250 mg/kg decreased the latency time to find the platform. The effect of the oil was also evaluated on hyoscine (0.5 mg/kg)-induced learning deficits in rats. The oil reduced the effect of hyoscine on memory. In the open field activity test, the oil at the doses 125-250 mg/kg did not change locomotor activity. The higher dose of rosemary (500 mg/kg) reduced the factors of open field test. The co-administration of oil with hyocine significantly compensated the reduction of locomotor activity in hyosine group alone. On the basis of these results, the R. officinalis aerial parts essential oil improved intact memory and the hyoscine impaired acquisition/performance activity.
