fa بررسی اجزای روغن فرار گیاه <i>Stachys athorecalyx</i> C. Koch جمع‌آوری شده از منطقه ارسباران فارماكوگنوزی و فارماسيوتيكس Pharmacognosy & Pharmaceutics پژوهشی Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> جنس <em>Stachys</em> شامل بیش از 300 گونه می‌باشد که در کشور ایران تعداد 34 گونه از این جنس رویش دارد و 13 گونه از این تعداد بومی ایران می‌باشند. تاکنون بر روی اجزای تشکیل‌دهنده روغن فرار گونه&nbsp;<em> Stachys athorecalyx</em> مطالعه‌ای انجام نشده است. <strong>هدف:</strong> انگیزه انجام این تحقیق، مطالعه اجزای تشکیل‌دهنده روغن فرار گونه <em>Stachys athorecalyx</em> <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> در این مطالعه گیاه فوق از محل رویش خود در ارتفاعات منطقه ارسباران جمع‌آوری و پس از خشک کردن در سایه به روش اسانس‌گیری با آب جوش، اسانس گیری و توسط دستگاه کروماتوگرافی متصل به دتکتور جرمی اجزای آن شناسایی گردید. <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> بازدهی روغن فرار 2/0 درصد حجمی / وزنی بود. در روغن فرار گیاه تعداد 36 ترکیب با مجموع 1/98 درصد از کل ترکیبات شناخته شد که ترکیب Spathulenol یک سزکویی‌ترپن اکسیژنه با 1/22 درصد، فراوان ترین ترکیب این روغن فرار بود. ترکیبات اکسیژنه با 15/71 درصد اکثر ترکیبات را تشکیل می‌دادند. هیجده ترکیب مونوترپن با مجموع 91/47 درصد، سیزده ترکیب سزکویی‌ترپن با مجموع 92/42 درصد و دو ترکیب آروماتیک با مجموع 56/1 درصد شناخته شدند. <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> با توجه به اینکه در گونه‌های دیگر نیز به نوعی ترکیبات اصلی شناسایی شده در این گونه گزارش گردیده است بستگی این گونه‌ها به جنس Stachys از نظر مشابهت ترکیبات اصلی قابل تایید می‌باشد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background:</strong> The genus <em>Stachys</em> (Lamiaceae) is distributed in mild regions of the Mediterranean and south-west Asia. About 270 <em>Stachys</em> species are reported 34 of them are found in Iran of which 13 are endemic. Several <em>Stachys</em> species are used in Iranian folk medicine as medicinal plants. There is no report on Stachys athorecalyx essential oil analysis previousely. <strong>Objective:</strong> Investigation on essential oil constituents of <em>Stachys athorecalyx</em> collected from Arasbaran protected area <strong>Method:</strong> in this study, <em>Stachys athorecalyx</em> has been collected from the Arasbaran protected areas shade dried and the essential oil extracted by means of steam distillation and analyzed with GC/MS. <strong>Results: </strong>Thirty six compounds representing 98.1% of total oil were identified in the oil of <em>Stachys athorecalyx</em>. Spathulenol (22.1%) was the major compounds. Oxygenated compounds were predominant (71.2%).
