fa بررسی اثرات کودهای آلی کمپوست و ورمی‌کمپوست بر روی صفات کمی و کیفی گیاه دارویی به‌لیمو پژوهشی Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> ورمی‌کمپوست و کمپوست به عنوان جایگزین کودهای شیمیایی در تغذیه گیاهی و بهبود شرایط خاک، یکی از اصول کشاورزی پایدار در حفاظت از محیط زیست و سلامت غذا می باشند. <strong>هدف:</strong> این تحقیق به منظور ارزیابی اثرات مقادیر متفاوت کمپوست زباله شهری و ورمی‌کمپوست بر تغییرات کمی و کیفی گیاه دارویی به‌لیمو انجام گرفت. <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار و به صورت گلخانه‌ای اجرا شد. در این مطالعه سه نسبت حجمی کمپوست زباله شهری و همچنین ورمی‌کمپوست با خاک لومی شامل صفر:100، 90:10 و 80:20 مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. <strong>نتایج:</strong> اثر کمپوست زباله شهری و ورمی‌کمپوست بر کلیه صفات مورد مطالعه معنی‌دار شد (P<0.01)و سبب افزایش وزن خشک بوته، ارتفاع بوته، تعداد برگ، شاخص کلروفیل، فتوسنتز، درصد اسانس و اجزای اسانس شد. با افزایش مقدار کود آلی، صفات مورد مطالعه نیز بهبود یافتند به طوری که سطح 20 % برای هر کود، بیشترین تاثیر را بر صفات مورد مطالعه نسبت به شاهد داشت. همچنین اثر متقابل کمپوست با ورمی‌کمپوست بر روی وزن خشک و درصد اسانس (P<0.01)، فتوسنتز، درصد لیمونن و لینالول اسانس (P<0.05) معنی‌دار شد، ولی بر ارتفاع بوته، تعداد برگ، شاخص کلروفیل و درصد لینالول اسانس تأثیر معنی‌داری نداشت. <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> در مجموع اثر ورمی کمپوست در تمامی صفات مورد بررسی بهتر از کمپوست بود ولی مصرف همزمان کمپوست و ورمی‌کمپوست نسبت به مصرف جداگانه در بهبود صفات کمی و کیفی به‌لیمو موثرتر بود و بهترین نتیجه در تیمار 20 % کمپوست همراه با 20 % ورمی‌کمپوست حاصل گردید. بنابراین کودهای آلی مصرفی، اثر یکدیگر را تکمیل می‌کنند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> The use of vermicompost and compost as an alternative of chemical fertilizers for plant nutrient and improvement soil conditions is one of the principles of sustainable agriculture, environmental protection and food safety. <strong>Objective:</strong> This research was conducted to evaluate the effects of different amounts of municipal solid waste compost and vermicompost on quantitative and qualitative traits of lemon verbena. <strong>Methods:</strong> Greenhouse experiment was conducted as factorial based on randomized complete blocks design and with three replications. In this study three the ratio of the volume of municipal solid waste compost and vermicompost with loamy soil containing 0: 100, 90:10 and 80:20 were studied. <strong>Results:</strong> Effects of municipal compost and vermicompost on all traits were significant (P<0.05) and caused increasing dry weight, plant height, number of leaves, chlorophyll index, photosynthesis, essential oil percentage and oil components. So that level of 20% for each fertilizer had the greatest impact on the studied traits than the control. The interaction effect of compost and vermicompost were significant on dry weight and essential oil percentage (P<0.01), photosynthesis, limonene and linalool percentage of essential oils (p<0.05), But had no significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, chlorophyll index and percentage of essential oil linalool. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The effect of vermicompost was better than compost in all studied traits. Combined use of compost and vermicompost improved qualitative and quantitative traits of lemon verbena compared to individual consumption. But in the treatment of 20% vermicompost with 20% compost was obtained best result.
