fa مروری بر خصوصیات دارویی و فارماکولوژیکی انار گياهان دارویی Medicinal Plants مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;">انار درختچه‌ای است خزاندار و بومی ایران که از قدمت کشت و کار زیادی در این کشور بر خوردار است و ایران یکی از بزرگترین تولیدگنندکان انار در جهان محسوب می‌شود. این میوه به دلیل داشتن خواص ضدباکتریایی و ضدالتهاب و هم‌چنین دارا بودن عوامل آرام‌بخش در طب سنتی استفاده می‌شود. عصاره‌های حاصل از بخش‌های مختلف میوه انار، غنی از ترکیبات فنولیکی بوده و افشره پوست و روغن بذر آن، دارای فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی بسیار قوی‌ای است که از آن می‌توان در غیرفعال کردن رادیکال‌های آزاد استفاده کرد. الاژیک اسید (EA) از ترکیبات موجود در پوست انار بوده که ساختار و طبیعت فنلی این ترکیب، موجب فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی قوی آن می‌شود. اثر بازدارندگی روغن بذر انار روی سرطان سینه و پوست گزارش شده است، هم‌چنین از روغن بذر و عصاره قسمت‌های مختلف این میوه در تولید ترکیبات فیتواستروژنیک استفاده می‌شود. امروزه علاوه بر این‌که انار به عنوان یک میوه مطرح است، خصوصیات دارویی آن نیز مورد توجه محققان کشورهای زیادی قرار گرفته است. این مقاله، مروری بر مقالات و منابع مختلف جهت آشنایی هر چه بیشتر با خصوصیات دارویی این محصول است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Pomegranate (<em>Punica granatum</em> L.) is a deciduous shrub and native to Iran having ancient culture in this country and Iran is one of the biggest producers of pomegranate in the world. This fruit is used in traditional medicine because of its antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and alleviative characteristics. Extracts of different parts of pomegranate fruit is rich in phenolic compounds and its rind extract and seed oil have vigorous antioxidant activity. Elagic acid is one of the most important phenolic compound with antioxidant activity, present in the pomegranate rind extract. Inhibitory effect of pomegranate seed oil on breast and skin cancer has been reported. Use of seed oil and extracts of different parts of pomegranate fruit has been considered in production of phytostrogenic compounds. At the present time, the fruit of pomegranate besides its use as a fruit and having nutritional value is also considered for its pharmaceutical characteristics.
