fa مطالعات فارماکولوژیک در گیاه درمانی آکنه و بیماری‌های عفونی پوست: یک مرور نظام‌مند فارماكولوژی و سم شناسی Pharmacology & Toxicology مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;">استفاده از گیاهان دارویی برای درمان آکنه و سایر بیماری‌های عفونی پوست بسیار متداول است. در اینجا، مطالعات فارماکولوژیک درباره گیاهان دارویی که ممکن است در درمان آکنه و بیماری‌های عفونی پوست مؤثر باشند و از ابتدای سال 1980 تا پایان آوریل سال 2013 در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی PubMed و Scopus منتشر شده‌اند جستجو و مورد بحث قرار گرفته‌اند. کلمات کلیدی شامل medicinal plants، herbs، botanicals، phytomedicine، phytotherapy،herbal therapy و herbal medicine همراه با dermatology، skin، acne vulgaris، antibacterial، antiviral، antifungal و antimicrobial در پایگاه‌های مذکور وارد شدند. کلاً 56 مقاله شامل مطالعات بالینی و غیربالینی به دست آمد. سپس، کیفیت هر مطالعه تعیین شد. نمونه‌هایی از گیاهان مذکور شامل پنج انگشت (<em>Vitex agnus-castus</em>)، ریحان (<em>Ocimum gratissimum</em>)، صبرزرد (<em>Aloe vera</em>)، تاجریزی (<em>Solanum dulcamara</em>)، مقل (<em>Commiphora mukul</em>) ، انگور کوهی (<em>Mahonia aquifolium</em>) درخت چای (<em>Melaleuca alternifolia</em>)، گونه‌های جنس <em>Eucalyptus</em>، چای سبز (<em>Camellia sinensis</em>) و سیر (<em>Allium sativum</em>) هستند. گیاهان دارویی می‌توانند نقش مهمی در درمان آکنه و سایر بیماری‌های عفونی پوست داشته باشند. ولیکن، پژوهش‌های کمی تاکنون در این حوزه انجام شده و مطالعات بیشتری بخصوص در‌باره اثربخشی و ایمنی استفاده بالینی از این گیاهان در انسان مورد نیاز است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The use of medicinal plants for the treatment of acne and other infectious skin diseases is very common. Here, pharmacological studies on the medicinal plants which may be effective in the treatment of acne and infective skin diseases published in the databases PubMed and Scopus from the beginning of the year 1980 to the end of April of the year 2013 have been searched and discussed. Keywords including medicinal plants, herbs, botanicals, phytomedicine, phytotherapy, herbal therapy and herbal medicine with dermatology, skin, acne vulgaris, antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal and antimicrobial were entered in the databases. Totally 56 articles concerning clinical and nonclinical studies were found. Afterward, the quality of each study was determined. Examples of such plants include <em>Vitex agnus-castus</em>, <em>Ocimum gratissimum</em>, <em>Aloe vera</em>, <em>Solanum dulcamara</em>, <em>Commiphora mukul</em>, <em>Mahonia aquifolium</em>, <em>Melaleuca alternifolia</em>, species of the genus <em>Eucalyptus</em>, <em>Camellia sinensis</em> and <em>Allium sativum</em>. Medicinal plants can have an important role in the treatment of acne and other infectious skin diseases.
