Vitex agnus-castus&lt;/i&gt; and Fennel, known for their phytoestrogenic properties, induce negative feedback of luteinizing hormone with long-term use, leading to decrease in testosterone production. The synergistic effect of &lt;i&gt;Vitax agnus-castus&lt;/i&gt;, Fennel and Purslane combination reduce testosterone levels and accelerates the treatment of PCOS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</abstract>
