fa مطالعه داروسازی مردمی گونه پونه سای بینالودی <i>Nepeta binaludensis</i> Jamzad، گونه‌ای نادر و در حال انقراض از ایران كشاورزی و اتنوبوتانی Agriculture & Ethnobotany پژوهشی Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> گیاه پونه سای بینالودی <em>Nepeta binaludensis</em> ،‌ گونه‌ای دارویی و نادر از تیره نعناعیان است که در منطقه محدودی از کوه‌های بینالود واقع در استان خراسان، پراکنده است. <strong>هدف:</strong> مطالعه موارد مصرف این گیاه در طب سنتی و بومی منطقه بود. <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> به این منظور تحقیقی در دو سال متوالی 1383 و 1384، از طریق مصاحبه حضوری و پرسش‌نامه با عطاری‌ها و افراد محلی در مناطق نزدیک به رویشگاه‌های طبیعی این گیاه، انجام شد. <strong>نتایج:</strong> نتایج نشان داد که بخش‌های هوایی این گیاه توسط افراد محلی عمدتاً جهت درمان بیماری‌های گوارشی و ناراحتی‌های اعصاب و استرس و نیز جهت درمان سرماخوردگی و روماتیسم (مصرف خارجی) استفاده می‌شود. عطاری‌ها نیز از این گیاه عمدتاً جهت درمان بیماری‌های اعصاب و استرس و نیز جهت درمان بیماری‌های دیگری از قبیل سردرد، میگرن، ناراحتیهای گوارشی، روماتیسم، ناراحتی‌های تنفسی، آسم، سرماخوردگی، قولنج و ناراحتی‌های قلبی استفاده می‌کنند. متداول‌ترین روش‌های آماده‌سازی این گیاه شامل دم کردن، جوشاندن و عرق‌گیری بودند. <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> بررسی‌ها نشان‌دهنده استفاده گسترده دارویی از این گیاه توسط افراد محلی و عطاری‌ها بود که منجر به برداشت بی رویه و تحت خطر انقراض قرار دادن این گونه شده است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background:</strong> <em>Nepeta binaludensis</em> Jamzad, is an endemic and rare perennial medicinal plant belonging to Lamiaceae which distribute in limited area in Binalud mountains in Northeast of Iran. Over &ndash; exploitation and unsustainable herbal collection of this plant by local gathers and also limited distribution in specific habitat made it an endangered species. <strong>Objective:</strong> Study the ethnomedicinal uses of this species. <strong>Methods:</strong> A survey base on interviews with local informants and traditional healers near the wild habitats of this plant was conducted during years 2003 and 2004. <strong>Results:</strong> Results showed that the aerial parts of this species are used mostly by local people to treat digestive disorders, nervous disorders and depression. Also this people use this plant to treat common colds, and rheumatism (in external use). Traditional healers use this plant mostly as a nervous tranquil and anti depression while they use it for treatment of different diseases such as headache, migraine, digestive disorders, rheumatism, respiratory disorders, asthma, common colds, colic and cardiovascular disorders.
