other مطالعه‌ی اثر ضد‌میکروبی عصاره‌های سنبله‌ای ارغوانی (<i>Stachys inflata</i> Benth.) روی انواعی از استافیلوکوکوس‌های مولد جوش در انسان گياهان دارویی Medicinal Plants پژوهشی Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مقدمه</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">: جوش پوستی از بیماری‌هایی است که باعث ناهنجاری پوست و افسردگی نوجوانان و جوانان می‌شود. عامل این بیماری انواعی از باکتری‌های استافیلوکوکوس است که داروی مؤثری برای درمان آن وجود ندارد. به نظر می‌آید بتوان از گیاهانی مثل سنبله‌ای ارغوانی (</span></span></strong><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Stachys inflata</span></span></em><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">) که دارای ترکیبات ضد‌باکتری هستند، برای درمان جوش‌های پوستی استفاده کرد.</span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">هدف</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">: هدف از این پژوهش جدا کردن عصاره‌های آنتی‌باکتریایی سنبله‌ای ارغوانی، برای درمان جوش‌های پوستی بود.</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"></span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">روش بررسی</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">: در این پژوهش اثر انواع عصاره‌های آبی، الکلی، فنلی گیاه سنبله‌ای ارغوانی روی باکتری‌های استافیلوکوک جوش مطالعه شد. برای انجام این پژوهش، عصاره‌های برگ، ساقه و گل سنبله‌ای ارغوانی قبل از اتوکلاو و باکتری بعد از اتوکلاو به محیط کشت اضافه شد.</span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتیجه</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">: نتایج نشان داد که بعضی از غلظت‌های عصاره‌ی آبی گل و برگ سنبله‌ای ارغوانی اثر ضد‌باکتریای قوی داشته و باکتری را کاملاً از محیط حذف می‌کنند.</span></span></strong><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">بحث</span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">: نتیجه‌ی کلی نشان می‌دهد که فعالیت ضد‌باکتریایی عصاره‌های سنبله‌ای ارغوانی قابل مقایسه با آمپی‌سیلین و دیگر آنتی‌بیوتیک‌ها و حتی در برخی غلظت‌ها از آنتی‌بیوتیک‌ها بیشتر می‌باشد.</span></span></span></strong></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background:</strong> Skin eruption is a disease that it is because of skin necrosis and adolescence and youth depression. The some species of<em> Staphylococcuss</em> are agent of this disease. There isn&rsquo;t effective drug for curing of this disease. Many of medicinal plants (e.x. <em>Stachys inflata </em>Benth.) have anti- bacterial compounds and they can be used as a drug to cure skin eruption disease<span dir="RTL">.</span><span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Objective:</strong> This research was done to evaluate the antibacterial effect of<em> Stachys inflate</em> extract.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> In this study, anti-bacterial effect of water, alcoholic, phenolic extracts of<em> Stachys inflate </em>(Labiatae.) on Staphylococcal skin eruption was Investigated. Effect of different concentrations extracts of <em>Stachys inflata </em>leaf, stem and flower was tested by to add in medium culture of <em>Staphylococcuses</em> of skin eruption before autoclaving and bacteria was added in medium culture after autoclaving.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results showed that some concentration of water extracts of <em>Stachys</em> <em>inflata</em> flower and leaves have strong anti-microbial effects.
