other فعالیت ضد‌قارچی عصاره کیوی گياهان دارویی Medicinal Plants پژوهشی Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مقدمه</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> <strong>میوه کیوی (</strong></span></span><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Actinidia chinensis</span></span></em><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">) از تیره </span></span></strong><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Actinidiaceae</span></span></em><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> است که از کشور چین منشا گرفته و هم اکنون در زلاندنو، آمریکا، اسپانیا، فرانسه، یونان، ایتالیا، ژاپن، ایران و ترکیه در مقیاس وسیع کشت می‌شود. میوه کیوی واریته‌های مختلفی دارد که واریته‌های عمده آن هایوارد، برونو، مونتی و آبوت است. واریته‌های مذکور از نظر شکل ظاهری، طعم، بو، برخی ترکیبات شیمیایی و شرایط انبار داری با یکدیگر متفاوتند. اثر ضد‌قارچی میوه کیوی در برخی منابع پژوهشی گزارش شده است. </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">هدف</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> <strong>در این تحقیق اثر عصاره استخراج شده از میوه کیوی بر قارچ‌های </strong></span></span><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Coprinus disseminatus</span></span></em><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> ، </span></span></strong><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Mycena galopus</span></span></em><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> و </span></span></strong><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Panus tigrinus</span></span></em><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. </span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">روش بررسی</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> <strong>دیسک‌های آغشته به غلظت‌های مختلف 10، 25، 50، 75 و 100 درصد عصاره کیوی در محیط کشت قارچ‌های مورد آزمایش قرار گرفت و نتایج پس از مدت زمان مشخص، بررسی و مقایسه شد. </strong></span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> اثر ممانعت از رشد عصاره کیوی بر قارچ‌های </span></span></span></strong><em><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Coprinus disseminatus</span></span></em><strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">، </span></span></span></strong><em><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Mycena galopus</span></span></em><strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> و</span></span></span> </strong><em><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Panus tigrinus</span></span></em><strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> ثابت شد و عصاره کامل کیوی (با غلظت 100 درصد) باعث کاهش رشد در کلنی قارچ‌های مذکور شد. </span></span></span></strong></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background:</strong> Kiwifruit (<em>Actinidia chinensis</em>) belongs to the <em>Actinidiaceae</em> family which is a Chinese endemic plant and is cultivated in New Zealand, USA, Spain, France, Greece, Italy, Japan, Iran and Turkey.&nbsp; Kiwifruit includes different varieties such as Hayward, Bruno, Monty, and Abbott. These varieties are different in taste, odor, shape, and chemical compositions.
