fa مطالعه اتنوفارماکولوژی گیاهان دارویی مؤثر در درمان بیماری‌های گوارشی شهرستان ماهنشان فارماكولوژی و سم شناسی Pharmacology & Toxicology پژوهشی Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">مقدمه:</span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> شهرستان ماهنشان با مساحت 2815‌ کیلو‌متر‌مربع واقع در غرب استان زنجان، از آبادترین و بکرترین مناطق استان است که با‌ دارا بودن دشت‌ها و مناطق مرتفع، رویشگاه‌های متنوع، خاک و منابع آبی مناسب، از غنای بالای تنوع گونه‌های گیاهی برخوردار‌است. بخش قابل توجهی از این گیاهان دارای خواص دارویی از‌ جمله درمان بیماری‌های گوارشی می‌باشند که تاکنون مورد مطالعه دقیق قرار‌ نگرفته‌اند. <strong>هدف:</strong> شناسایی گونه‌های گیاهی دارویی شهرستان و آشنایی با کاربردهای سنتی آنها جهت معالجه بیماری‌های گوارشی می‌باشد. <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> پس از بررسی و آشنایی مقدماتی با منطقه در طی سال‌های97-96 گونه‌های گیاهی مورد‌ نظر جمع‌آوری شد. به طور همزمان پرسشگری از افراد مطلع بومی در رابطه با گیاهان دارویی مؤثر در درمان ناراحتی‌های گوارشی انجام شده و بعد از شناسایی دقیق علمی، نام فارسی، نام محلی، اندام‌های مورد استفاده، نحوه مصرف و خاصیت دارویی آنها نیز گردآوری شد. <strong>نتایج:</strong> طبق نتایج به دست آمده، تعداد 88 گونه گیاهی متعلق به 30 خانواده در منطقه جهت درمان بیماری‌های گوارشی استفاده می<span style="letter-spacing:-.7pt;">&shy;</span>شود. خانواده‌های </span></span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&nbsp;Lamiaceae</span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">با 16 گونه، </span></span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Asteraceae</span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> با 15 گونه و </span></span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&nbsp;Apiaceae</span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">و</span></span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Fabaceae</span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> با 7 گونه از مهم‌ترین خانواده‌های گیاهی دارویی هستند و بیشتر به‌صورت دم‌کرده و جوشانده مصرف می‌شوند. <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> با‌ توجه به سابقه تاریخی استفاده از گیاهان دارویی در شهرستان، این پژوهش می‌تواند مقدمه‌ای برای بهره‌مندی بهتر و علمی‌تر از گیاهان دارویی منطقه باشد. شناسایی و بهربرداری علمی از گیاهان دارویی منطقه می‌تواند کمک شایانی‌ به حفظ خزانه ژنتیکی گیاهی و هم‌چنین توسعه اشتغال‌ محلی از‌ طریق تولید فراورده‌هایی گیاهی با عوارض جانبی کمتر و اثر‌بخشی بیشتر باشد.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background</strong>: Mahneshan County, with an area of 2815 km2, located west of Zanjan province, is the most prosperous and pristine regions . The county is rich in Plant biodiversity due to its plains and highlands, diverse habitats and proper soil and water resources. A significant proportion of its herbs have medicinal properties, including the treatment of gastro-intestinal disorders, which have not yet been carefully studied. <strong>Objective</strong>: identification of medicinal plants and their traditional applications in treatment of gastro-intestinal diseases. <strong>Methods</strong>: After a preliminary stydy of the region the plant species were collected during 2017-2018. Simultaneously interviewning with indigenous knowledgeable people about the medicinal plants used in treatment of gastro-intestinal disorders were carried out. After their scientific identification, all information about Persian name, local name, part used, method of application and their medicinal properties were gathered. <strong>Results</strong>: As the results, 88 species of medicinal plant belonging to 30 families are used for the treatment of gastro-intestinal&nbsp; diseases. The families of Lamiaceae with 16, Asteraceae with 15, Apiaceae and Fabaceae with 7 species are the most important ones, which are commonly used as brewed and boiled. <strong>Conclusion</strong>: Considering the historical background of the county, this study could be an introduction for a better and more scientific use of medicinal plants in the region.
