other بررسی نقش گیاهان دارویی در ایجاد عوارض سوء کلیوی: مطالعه‎ای مروری فارماكولوژی و سم شناسی Pharmacology & Toxicology مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">استفاده از گیاهان دارویی قدمتی به درازای تاریخ بشری دارد. با توجه به این پیشینه کهن، کاربرد گیاهان در پیشگیری و درمان بیماری‌ها همچنان جایگاه خود را در بسیاری از جوامع و فرهنگ‌ها حفظ کرده است. بسیاری از مردم در سراسر جهان بر این باورند که مصرف گیاهان دارویی اگر سودی نداشته باشد، زیانی هم ندارد. از این</span></span></span> <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">رو درباره اثرات مضر و عوارض سوء گیاهان دارویی کمتر گفته و البته نوشته می‌شود. از آنجاکه کلیه، اصلی‌ترین اندام در دفع مواد شیمیایی وارد شده به بدن از جمله ترکیبات شیمیایی موجود در گیاهان است، بررسی تأثیرات سوء احتمالی مصرف گیاهان دارویی بر ساختار و عملکرد کلیه اهمیتی ویژه می‌یابد. همچنین نقش آلاینده‌های محیطی و وجود تقلبات دارویی در ترکیب فرآورده‌های گیاهی و اثرات مضر آنها بر روی اندام‌های مختلف بدن از جمله کلیه‌ها، اهمیت موضوع را دوچندان می</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">&lrm;<span dir="RTL">کند. این امر جایگاه سازمان‌های نظارتی و قانون‌گذار را در تدوین قانون‌های به روز برجسته می‌کند تا بدینوسیله بر تولید و مصرف فرآورده‌های گیاهی نظارتی دقیق‌تر به عمل آورند. این مقاله به مرور یافته‌ها و داده‌های موجود در مقالات سال‌های 1990 تا ژانویه </span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">2018</span></span></span> <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">در موتور‌های جستجو </span></span></span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">pubmed</span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> و </span></span></span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">google scholar</span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> می‌پردازد.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;<br> The use of herbal medicines dates back to the beginning of the human history. Today, herbal medicines still play a significant role in the prevention and treatment of disease in many cultures and communities. There are few reports about adverse effects of herbal medicines. This is why many people around the world believe that herbal medicines can&#39;t cause adverse effects. They believe plants are safe, even if they&#39;re not efficient. This idea is wrong, regardless of how common it might be considered. Plants can be dangerous and even lethal in some cases. It is not just plant chemicals that might cause adverse effects. The role of environmental pollutants and the presence of fraud in form of alternation and adulteration in herbal preparations is another factor that might contribute to harmful effects on various organs of the body, including the kidneys. Kidneys are vital organs that filter blood, remove wastes and excrete&nbsp;the wastes in the urine. They are susceptible to injury because of their high exposure to different chemical substances including chemicals from the herbs. This is why studying the possible adverse effects of herbal medicines on kidney structure and function gets important.
