fa مقایسه بازده و ترکیبات اسانس گیاه سگ‌دندان بشاگردی طی مراحل مختلف فنولوژیکی Comparison of essential oil content and constituents in Pycnocycla bashgardiana Mozaffarian during different phenological stages فارماكوگنوزی و فارماسيوتيكس Pharmacognosy & Pharmaceutics پژوهشی Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: گیاه سگ‌دندان بشاگردی (Pycnocycla bashgardiana Mozaffarian) از گونه‌های اندمیک دارویی در استان هرمزگان می باشد. به دلیل وجود ماده با ارزش میریستیسین در اندام‌های این گیاه، از آن به صورت دم کرده در درمان برخی بیماری‌ها استفاده می‌شود. هدف: بررسی میزان و نوع ترکیبات اسانس سرشاخه گیاه در مراحل مختلف فنولوژیکی شامل رویشی، آغاز گلدهی، گلدهی کامل و بذردهی. روش بررسی: اسانس نمونه‌ها توسط کلونجر استخراج شد و ترکیبات آن بوسیله دستگاه GC و GC/MS مشخص گردید. نتایج: بیشترین بازده اسانس (22/2 درصد) مربوط به آغاز گلدهی گیاه است. بازده اسانس در مراحل رویشی، گلدهی کامل و زمان بذردهی به ترتیب 64/0، 54/1 و 74/0 درصد محاسبه شد. به طور کلی، 39 ترکیب در اسانس گیاه شناسایی شد که برخی از این ترکیبات تنها در یک مرحله از رشد گیاه و برخی نیز در هر چهار مرحله وجود داشتند. مقایسه ترکیبات اسانس نشان داد که در همه مراحل 6 ترکیب پاراسیمن، سیس بتا اوسیمن، میریستیسین، سابینن، ترانس بتا اوسیمن و ایزومیریستیسین از ترکیبات اصلی می‌باشند. میریستیسین در تمام مراحل به عنوان یکی از سه ترکیب با درصد بالا بوده به طوری که مقدار آن در مرحله رویشی 71/52، آغاز گل‌دهی 8/12، گلدهی کامل 6/8 و در بذردهی 17 درصد مشاهده شد. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج این تحقیق، بیشترین میزان میریستیسین در مرحله رویشی و قبل از رسیدن گیاه به مرحله گلدهی است. درحالی‌که بیشترین میزان ترانس بتا اوسیمن و سیس بتا اوسیمن در مرحله گلدهی و بیشترین میزان ایزو مریستیسین، سابینن و پاراسیمن در مرحله بذردهی گیاه می‌باشد. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Backround: The Pycnocycla bashgardiana Mozaffarian is one of the endemic medicinal species in Hormozgan province. Because of the valuable compound myristicin in the organs of this plant, it is used intravenously in the treatment of some diseases. Objective: Evaluation of essential oil content and constituents of aerial parts during different phenological stages including before flowering, flower initiation, full flowering and seed maturity stsgegs. Methods: the essential oil was isolated using Clevenger-type apparatus, and their constituents were identified using GC and GC/MS devices. Results: The highest essential oil content (2.22%) was related to flower initiation stage. The essential oil content at pre-flowering, full flowering and seed maturity stages were 0.64%, 1.54% and 0.74%, respectively. In general, 39 compounds were identified in the isolated essential oil, some of which were found only in one stage of growth and some others were observed in all of the four examined stages. Comparison of essential oil constituents showed that in all stages, p-cymene, E-beta-ocimene, myristecine, sabinene, (Z) -beta-ocimene and isomyristicin were the major compounds. The myristecine level in all stages was one of the three high compounds that reached to 52.71, 12.8%, 8.6% and 17% at before flowering, flower initiation, full flowering and seed maturity stages, respectively. Conclusion: According to the results, the maximum amount of myristecine was obtained at the vegetative stage before the plant reaches flowering.
