fa مسمومیت با گیاه کاهوی وحشی: گزارش چند مورد فارماكولوژی و سم شناسی Pharmacology & Toxicology پژوهشی Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> گیاه Wild Lettuceکه در زبان فارسی &laquo;کاهوی وحشی&raquo; نامیده می‌شود، از گیاهان معروف جهان است که در ایران ناشناخته باقی‌‌مانده است. مصرف تصادفی یا بیش از حد این گیاه دارای اثرات مضری است. کاهوی وحشی در شمال ایران نیز می‌روید و برخی مردم محلی بدون اطلاع از ضرر‌هایش آن را استفاده می‌کنند. <strong>هدف: </strong>معرفی یک سری بیمار که با مصرف اتفاقی این گیاه دچار مسمومیت شده بودند.<strong> روش بررسی:</strong> در این سری موارد 8 بیمار گزارش شده که به دلیل مصرف مقادیر متفاوتی از این گیاه دچار انواع مسمومیت‌ها شده و در یک مرکز آموزشی درمانی در گرگان مداوا شدند. <strong>نتایج:</strong> در این سری موارد 8 بیمار گزارش شده که به دلیل مصرف مقادیر متفاوتی از این گیاه دچار انواع مسمومیت‌ها شده و در یک مرکز آموزشی درمانی در گرگان تحت مداوا قرار گرفتند. بیماران با علایم مختلفی به مرکز درمانی مراجعه کرده بودند که در نهایت همگی بهبود یافتند. تنها یک مورد بستری در ICU داشتیم. تمامی این بیماران در پیگیری‌های بعدی بهبود یافته و علایمی از مسمومیت مزمن نشان ندادند. مسمومیت به دلیل مصرف گیاه در زمانی بود که هنوز فصل برداشت آن نرسیده بود. نتیجه‌گیری: شک بالینی و گرفتن شرح حال دقیق اساس درمان مسمومیت‌ها را تشکیل می‌دهند. توصیه می‌شود از مصرف هر ماده‌ای هرچند گیاهی تا زمانی که از کلیه خواص، اثرات و عوارض آن اطلاع کافی نداریم، اجتناب کنیم.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Objective: </strong>Wild lettuce (<em>Lactuca virosa</em>) is a famous herb in the world but is unknown in Iran. It has many dangers when used randomized or over dosage. Wild lettuce grows in the North of Iran and some natives consume it unaware of its adverse side effects. <strong>Methods:</strong> Here, we presented 8 patients with manifestations of wild lettuce toxicity, admitted to a general hospital affiliated to Golestan University of Medical Sciences. <strong>Results: </strong>All patients recovered (except for an ICU admission) and no chronic complications were reported. Toxicity happened because wild lettuce was fresh and out of the time of harvest. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Clinical suspicious to toxicity and history taking are the basis of diagnosis.
