fa مروری بر اثرات فارماکولوژیک دانه گیاه سیاه‌دانه (.<i>Nigella sativa</i> L) پژوهشی Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><strong>مقدمه: </strong>دانه گیاه سیاه‌دانه در طب سنتی بسیاری از کشورها جهت پیشگیری و درمان بسیاری از اختلالات و بیماری‌ها از جمله سرفه، آسم، احتقان بینی، سردرد، دندان‌درد، کرم‌های روده‌ای، اختلالات قاعدگی، بیماری‌های گوارشی و ناتوانی جنسی مصرف می‌شود.</span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong>هدف: </strong>در این مقاله هدف بررسی و جمع‌آوری گزارش‌های علمی منتشر شده در شبکه اطلاعات اینترنت مربوط به اثرات فارماکولوژیک ‌دانه گیاه سیاه دانه جهت استفاده پژوهشگران بود.<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong>روش بررسی: </strong>با استفاده از‌ پایگاه اطلاعاتی اینترنتی <span dir="LTR">Medline</span> و<span dir="LTR"> SID </span>&nbsp;مقالاتی که در مورد اثرات فارماکولوژیک دانه گیاه سیاه‌دانه در محدوده سال‌های 1980 الی 2010 میلادی منتشر شده بود، بررسی و جمع‌آوری شد.<br> <strong>نتایج:</strong> تحقیقات گسترده‌ای در سه دهه اخیر روی دانه گیاه سیاه‌دانه انجام شده است. در مقالات علمی خواص ضداکسایش، ضدالتهابی، تقویت‌کننده سیستم ایمنی و آنتی‌هیستامینی از ترکیبات متعدد موجود در روغن و عصاره هیدروالکلی دانه گیاه گزارش شده است. این خواص منحصر به فرد دانه گیاه باعث شده است که در مطالعات متعدد اثرات ضد‌سرطانی، کاهنده فشار، گلوکز و چربی خون، محافظت کبدی، کلیوی و قلب و عروق، بهبود اختلالات گوارشی و سیستم عصبی و همچنین اثرات ضد‌میکروب از گیاه گزارش شود. به علاوه این گیاه در دوز مصرفی در طب سنتی بدون عوارض جانبی است.<br> <span dir="RTL" style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> در مطالعات متعدد آزمایشگاهی اثرات محافظت کبدی، کلیوی، گوارشی، سیستم عصبی و قلب و عروق و همچنین اثرات ضد‌التهابی، ضد‌سرطانی، ‌ضد‌میکروبی و انگلی از دانه گیاه سیاه‌دانه گزارش شده است. تاثیر مثبت دانه این گیاه در درمان افزایش فشار خون و دیابت و چربی خون بالا علاوه بر مطالعات آزمایشگاهی در آزمایش‌های بالینی بدون هیچ‌گونه‌ عوارض جانبی نیز به اثبات رسیده است. لذا، با توجه به سودمندی دانه گیاه سیاه‌دانه در موارد خفیف فشارخون، اقزایش قند و یا چربی خون بالا تحقیقات بالینی کوتاه مدت بیشتری جهت بررسی اثرات بالینی و عوارض احتمالی دانه این گیاه پیشنهاد می‌شود.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background:</strong> The <em>Nigella sativa</em> L. seeds have been used as herbal medicine in several countries for the treatment and prevention of a wide range of diseases like cough and bronchial asthma, headache, nasal congestion, toothaches, intestinal worm, menstrual disorder, digestive abnormality, and impotence. <strong>Objective:</strong> The aim of this review was to collect updated available data focused on the pharmacological effects of <em>Nigella sativa</em> seeds. <strong>Methods:</strong> A computerized search was performed using the electronic database such as Medline and SID for selection and collection of articles focused on the pharmacological effects of Nigella sativa seed published from 1980 to 2010. <strong>Results:</strong> The large number of articles published on pharmacological effects of <em>Nigella sativa</em> seeds oil and extract over recent three decade. Results indicates that <em>Nigella sativa</em> seeds oil and seed extract with anti-inflammatory, anti - oxidant, antihistamine and immunomudulator properties has wide spectrum protective effects in various diseases such as cancer, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, digestive and psychiatric disease observed in experimental and clinical studies. No side effects were reported in clinical study on therapeutic dosage of <em>Nigella sativa</em> seeds. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The present scientific-based evidence indicates that <em>Nigella sativa</em> seeds have protective effects on liver, kidney and gastrointestinal, cardio vascular and nervous system, as well as beneficial effects on inflammatory, cancer, microbial and parasites diseases in experimental studies. Furthermore its efficacy on diseases such as diabetes hyperlipidemia and hypertension observed in experimental as well as clinical studies without any side effects.
