fa کاربردهای درمانی گیاه بومادران در بیماری‌های زنان از دیدگاه طب ایرانی و پزشکی مدرن داروسازی سنتی و طب سنتی Traditional Pharmacy & Traditional Medicine مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: در طب سنتی ایران گیاه بومادران مصارف گسترده&rlm;ای در درمان بیماری&rlm;ها دارد. هدف از این مطالعه جمع&rlm; بندی نظرات حکمای طب سنتی ایران در مورد این گیاه در حوزه بیماری&rlm;های زنان و مقایسه آن با مطالعات اخیر می&rlm;باشد.<br> روش کار: در این مطالعه مروری، مصارف درمانی بومادران در بیماری&rlm;های زنان، از منابع اصلی طب سنتی طی قرن&rlm;های چهارم تا چهاردهم ه. ق جمع&rlm; آوری و با استفاده از کلید واژه <em><span dir="LTR">Achillea millefolium</span></em> مطالعات بالینی، حیوانی و برون تنی در پایگاه&rlm;های علمی شامل <span dir="LTR">&nbsp;PubMed</span>، <span dir="LTR">Scopus</span> و &nbsp;<span dir="LTR">Google scholar</span>جستجو و از میان موارد غیرتکراری، مقالات مرتبط با بیماری&rlm;های زنان انتخاب و اطلاعات به دست آمده با نظرات حکمای طب سنتی ایران مقایسه گردید.<br> یافته&rlm; ها: بومادران در طب سنتی ایران جهت درمان انواع بیماری&rlm;های زنان مانند اختلال قاعدگی، تسهیل زایمان، کاهش چسبندگی&rlm; های دهانه رحم و کنترل عفونت رحم توصیه شده است. در مطالعات اخیر ترکییات شیمیایی بومادران شناسایی شده و &nbsp;آثار درمانی این گیاه و مواد مؤثره آن بر کیست تخمدان، تنظیم سیکل قاعدگی و کاهش دردهای قاعدگی گزارش شده است. همچنین در مطالعات متعددی اثرات ضد باکتری و قارچ این گیاه در کنترل عفونت&rlm;ها و بهبود و ترمیم زخم مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و از سوی دیگر اثرات عصاره این گیاه در محافظت رحم و مهار تکثیر سلول&rlm;های آدنوکارسینوم تخمدان گزارش شده است.<br> <span dir="RTL">نتیجه&rlm; گیری: باتوجه به کاربردهای متعدد بومادران در طب سنتی ایران و مطالعات نوین انجام شده به نظر می&rlm;رسد این گیاه می&rlm;تواند در حوزه&rlm; های متعدد بیماری&rlm;های زنان به عنوان ایده&rlm;ای پژوهشی و درمانی مورد استفاده قرار بگیرد</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> In Persian medicine (PM), <em>Achillea millefolium</em> L. has a wide range of applications in the treatment of several diseases. The aim of this study is to introduce the viewpoints of PM scholars about this herb in the field of female diseases and to compare them with the recent studies.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> In this review study, therapeutic applications of <em>Achillea millefolium</em> in the field of female diseases were collected from credible Persian medical sources from 4th to 14th lunar centuries then current scientific databases such as PubMed and Google scholar were searched by using key world <em>Achillea millefolium</em> for collecting the findings of clinical, experimental and in vitro studies about this herb in the field of obstetrics and gynecology to compared to the PM scholars&#39; viewpoints.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> in PM, <em>Achillea millefolium</em> is recommended for treatment various female reproductive diseases such as menstrual disorders, facilitating labor, reducing adhesions of cervix, controlling uterine infections. In recent studies, therapeutic effects of this herb on ovarian cyst, menstrual cycle regulation and dysmenorrhea have been reported.
