fa بررسی تاثیر ژل آلوئه ورا در مقایسه با روغن لانولین بر بهبودی ترک پا: مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی فارماكولوژی و سم شناسی Pharmacology & Toxicology پژوهشی Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> ترک پا یکی از شایعترین بیماری‌های پا میباشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی مقایسه‌ای تاثیر ژل آلوئه ورا و لانولین بر روند بهبودی ترک پا در شهر ساوه انجام شد.<br> <strong>مواد و روش ها: </strong>در این مطالعه مداخله‌ای که بر روی 94 فرد مبتلا به ترک در هر دو پا انجام شد از پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک، مقیاس ارزیابی بالینی خشکی پا و هم چنین مقیاس آنالوگ دیداری استفاده شد. نمونه های گروه مداخله اول از ژل آلوئه ورا و نمونه های گروه مداخله دوم از لانولین استفاده کردند. نمونه های گروه کنترل نیز از پلاسبوی همسان شده با داروی اصلی استفاده نمودند. نهایتا داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> نسخه 23 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.<br> <strong>یافته ها: </strong>تحلیل داده های مربوط به نمره مقیاس ارزیابی بالینی خشکی پا نشان داد که قبل از انجام مداخله، اختلاف معنی داری بین نمره خشکی پا در هر سه گروه وجود ندارد اما 2 هفته بعد از مداخله، میانگین نمره خشکی پا در گروه مداخله اول به طور معنی داری پایین تر از گروه مداخله دوم به دست آمد (0.027<span dir="LTR">P=</span>). همچنین نمره به دست آمده از مقیاس آنالوگ دیداری خشکی پا قبل از مداخله اختلاف معنی داری را در سه گروه نشان ندادند در صورتی که بعد از مداخله، میانگین نمره آنالوگ دیداری گروه مداخله اول به طور معنی داری (0.007<span dir="LTR">P=</span>) کمتر از گروه مداخله دوم بود.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> نتایج مطالعه نشان دهنده تاثیر مطلوب تر آلوئه ورا در مقایسه با لانولین در بهبودی خشکی و ترک پا است.<br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: </strong>Foot Fissure is one of the most common diseases of the foot. This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of aloe vera gel and lanolin oil on the healing process of foot fissure in the Saveh city.<br> <strong>METHODS:</strong> In this interventional study that performed on 94 patients with foot fissure in both feet, the demographic information questionnaire, dry feet clinical assessment scale and the visual analogue scale (VAS) were used. The subjects in the first intervention group used the aloe vera gel, while the second intervention group used lanolin. The samples of the control group received placebo matched with the original medicine. Finally, the data were analyzed using statistical SPSS software, Ver. 23.<br> <strong>FINDINGS:</strong> The analysis of data&#39;s indicated no significant differences between the three groups before the intervention regarding the <a name="OLE_LINK17"></a>feet dryness. But, two weeks after the intervention, the mean scores of dry feet in the intervention I group (Aloe Vera) was obtained significantly lower than in the intervention II group (lanolin) (P = 0.027).
