fa بررسی اثر عصاره آبی- الکلی دانه خرفه و هورمون استرادیول بر آستانه تحمل درد در موش‌های سوری ماده فارماكولوژی و سم شناسی Pharmacology & Toxicology پژوهشی Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0cm 12.45pt 0.0001pt 17.85pt; line-height: 95%; direction: rtl; unicode-bidi: embed; text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مقدمه:</span></span></span></strong> <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">بسیاری از عصاره‌های گیاهی وجود دارند که توانایی کاهش پاسخ درد را دارند. همچنین، مطالعات حاکی از اثرات تعدیلی استرادیول بر درد می‌باشند. </span></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0cm 12.45pt 0.0001pt 17.85pt; line-height: 95%; direction: rtl; unicode-bidi: embed; text-align: justify;"><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><strong><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">هدف:</span></strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"><strong> </strong>در تحقیق حاضر اثر عصاره آبی- الکلی گیاه خرفه و استرادیول بر آستانه درد در موش سوری ماده مورد ارزیابی قرار می&shy;گیرد.</span></span></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0cm 12.45pt 0.0001pt 17.85pt; line-height: 95%; direction: rtl; unicode-bidi: embed; text-align: justify;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><strong><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">روش بررسی:</span></strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> در این مطالعه تجربی، تعداد 90 سر موش سوری ماده نژاد بالب سی به طور تصادفی به گروه‌های کنترل، دریافت‌کننده دوزهای پایین، متوسط و بالای عصاره خرفه و استرادیول و دریافت‌کننده &laquo;عصاره خرفه + استرادیول&raquo; تقسیم شدند. پس از تزریق درون صفاقی عصاره یا هورمون، آستانه درد توسط آزمون تیل فلیک اندازه‌گیری شد و داده‌های به دست آمده از طریق آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.</span></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0cm 12.45pt 0.0001pt 17.85pt; line-height: 95%; direction: rtl; unicode-bidi: embed; text-align: justify;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><strong><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتایج:</span></strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> آستانه تحمل درد بعد از تزریق دوزهای متوسط و بالای عصاره خرفه نسبت به گروه کنترل افزایش معنی‌‌داری داشت (به&shy;ترتیب: 005/0</span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">P<</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> و 009/0</span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">P<</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">). همچنین، تزریق دوزهای متوسط و بالای استرادیول موجب افزایش معنی‌دار آستانه درد نسبت به گروه کنترل شد (به ترتیب: 009/0</span></span></span> <span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">P <</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">و 01/0</span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">P <</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">). در نهایت، تزریق توأم دوز پایین خرفه و دوز پایین استرادیول و نیز تجویز توأم دوز بالای خرفه و دوز بالای استرادیول، در مقایسه با گروه کنترل افزایش معنی‌داری داشته است. اما در مقایسه با گروه‌های دریافت‌کننده دوز پایین خرفه و دوز پایین استرادیول تغییر معنی‌داری وجود نداشته است.</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><strong><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"><strong> </strong>تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که عصاره خرفه و استرادیول موجب افزایش آستانه درد در موش سور</span></span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">ی</span></span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> ماده شده است. بنابراین، این نتایج ممکن است نشان‌دهنده اثرات شبه مورفینی عصاره خرفه و استرادیول باشد.</span></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-left: 7.1pt; text-align: justify;"><strong>Background:</strong> There are many plant extracts which can modulate pain response. Also, studies represented modulatory effects of estradiol on pain.</p> <p style="margin-left: 7.1pt; text-align: justify;"><strong>Objectives:</strong> The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effect of hydro alcoholic extract of<em> Portulaca oleracea </em>(purslane) and estradiol on pain threshold in female mice.</p> <p style="margin-left: 7.1pt; text-align: justify;"><strong>Methods:</strong> In this experimental study, 90 female balb c mice were randomly divided into the control and experimental groups which receiving low, moderate and high doses of purslane extract, estradiol and their combination. Following intraperitoneal administration of the hormone or extract, pain threshold was measured using tail flick test, and acquired data have been analyzed using ANOVA.</p> <p style="margin-left: 7.1pt; text-align: justify;"><strong>Results:</strong> Pain threshold was significantly increased after administration of moderate and high doses of purslane extract with comparing to the control group (P<0.005 and P<0.009, respectively). Also, the administration of moderate and high doses of estradiol caused significantly increasing of the pain threshold with comparing to the control group (P<0.009 and P<0.001, respectively). Finally, co-administration the low doses of estradiol and purslane extract and co-administration the high doses of estradiol and purslane extract resulted increasing of the pain threshold with compare to the control group, but there was not significant changed in comparing to the groups which received low doses of estradiol and extract.</p> <p style="margin-left: 7.1pt; text-align: justify;"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Present study showed that purslane seed extract and estradiol caused increasing of the pain threshold in the female mice.
