fa بررسی تأثیر ژل آلوورا بر میزان پیگمانتاسیون پوستی ناشی از رادیوتراپی با الکترون پس از ماستکتومی در بیماران مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان سیدالشهداء اصفهان در سال 1392 فارماكولوژی و سم شناسی Pharmacology & Toxicology پژوهشی Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: اشعه‌درمانی یک روش درمانی در انواع مختلف سرطان‌ها است که با عوارض پوستی همراه می‌باشد. بر این اساس امروزه توجه محققین به درمان‌های گیاهی جهت پیشگیری یا تخفیف شدت عوارض پوستی جلب شده است.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">هدف: این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تأثیر ژل آلوئه‌ورا بر میزان پیگمانتاسیون پوستی ناشی از رادیوتراپی با الکترون پس از ماستکتومی در بیماران مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان سیدالشهدا اصفهان انجام گرفته.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">روش کار: این مطالعه یک مطالعه نیمه‌تجربی است که طی آن 80 نفر از زنان مبتلا به سرطان سینه که ماستکتومی شده و تحت درمان رادیوتراپی با الکترون بودند به روش نمونه‌گیری داوطلبانه مبتنی بر هدف و سه‌سوکور انتخاب و در دو گروه قرار گرفتند. دو پرسشنامه اطلاعات فردی و مقیاس سنجش پیگمانتاسیون پوست مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. قبل از مداخله تست حساسیت به ژل آلوئه‌ورا انجام شد. بررسی پیگمانتاسیون نیز قبل از مداخله و انتهای هر هفته تا هفته ششم انجام شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;">نتایج: طبق بررسی‌ها تا انتهای هفته اول درمان در هیچ کدام از گروه‌ها افزایش پیگمانتاسیون مشاهده نشد. در گروه آلوئه‌ورا در هفته‌های سوم، چهارم و پنجم، بیشترین تغییر پیگمانتاسیون مربوط به درجه یک و 08/2% درجه سه بود اما در این مدت 75/8% از گروه کنترل درجه سه بودند. در انتهای هفته ششم، 25/6% نمونه‌های آلوئه‌ورا و 50/52% گروه کنترل پیگمانتاسیون درجه سه پیدا کرده بودند. آزمون‌های آماری کروسکال‌والیس و من‌ویتنی اختلاف معنی‌داری در میان دو گروه، از نظر شدت تغییر پیگمانتاسیون پوست(001/0<span dir="LTR">p<</span>) نشان داد.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="RTL">نتیجه‌گیری: می‌توان گفت استعمال موضعی ژل آلوئه‌ورا در کاهش پیگمانتاسیون ناشی از اشعه‌درمانی در بیماران تحت رادیوتراپی مؤثر بوده و فی‌الواقع این ژل به صورت مطلوبی جلوی تیره شدن پوست که نتیجه رادیوتراپی است را می‌گیرد.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background:</strong> The radiotherapy is a therapeutic procedure for various types of cancers that is associated with the skin complications So recently the researcher&#39;s consideration has been directed to phyto-therapy in order to prevent or decrease the skin complications.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Aim:</strong> The aim of this study was investigation of Aloevera gel effects on the skin pigmentation due to electron radiotherapy after mastectomy in referred patients at Isfahan Seyedolshohada hospital.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Methods:</strong> This research is a semi-experimental study. The 80 women with breast cancer after mastectomy and electron radiotherapy were selected using purposive voluntary and triple blind sampling and classified in two groups. Two questionnaire of personal information and skin pigmentation scale were applied. The Aloevera gel sensitivity test was fulfilled before intervention. The pigmentation was evaluated before intervention and at the end of each week till to the 6^th week.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Results:</strong> The investigations indicated that there were no increase in pigmentation at the end of the first week of therapy in the both groups. In the Aloevera group, at the 3^rd, 4^th and 5^th weeks, the highest degree of pigmentation changes was related to the grade I and 2.8% was related to the grade III of pigmentation changes but in this time, the 8.75% of control group were subjected to the grade III. At the end of the 6^th week, the 6.25% of the Aloevera group and the 52.5% of the control group had the grade III of pigmentation. The Kruskall Wallis and Mann-Whitney statistical tests indicated significant differences between the two groups regarding to the intensity of the skin pigmentation changes (p<0/001).</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The topical use of the AleoVera gel could be effective in the skin pigmentation decrease in the patients that were subjected to radiotherapy.
